Three varieties – Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc – were hand harvested and fermented separately to be blended later. The wine was aged in French oak for 16 months before blending and allowing the wine to mature and integrate.
Complex spice and clove notes on the snoz, with a fleshy and mouthfilling palate displaying attractive (no ugly fruit here thanks very much!) dark fruit, plum and cassis. Mysterious and compelling.
