Autumn 2018 was a little unsettled but came at the of an advanced crowing season. The grapes were gently pressed to provide soft, concentrated flavoursome juice, a cool ferment in tank and then some time on lees with a portion fermented in older oak barriques.
The wine is ripe and nicely perfumed, displaying white peach, pear and floral characters. The palate shows a touch of sweetness, crisp acidity and a pleasant long finish. It’s rounded, juicy and very tasty!
