Nestled on an elevated site in the foot hills that hug Te Awanga, our cellar door has views down through our 42 acres of vines, across the Te Awanga basin and out to the wide blue Pacific Ocean.
Decked out in white and plywood, our home in the Bay, with its sea views and salty air, is reminiscent of a New Zealand summer spent at the bach (holiday home).
Chill, take your time and taste your way across the range from award-winning winemaker Rod McDonald – Wildsong, Trademark, Quarter Acre and One Off.
All day wine tasting and grazing (our cellar door menu changes seasonally, but click here for our style of food), the home base of our Drinkers+Keepers wine club, works by local artists and once a month during summer we hold our world-famous-in-Te Awanga Sunday Sessions with live music from local artists on our front lawn. Or down-tools and stay a while in our cosy but cool Vineyard Apartment (click here to take a peek) above the cellar door.
From 5 December, government mandate requires us to scan vaccine passports for all our guests at the Cellar Door. Please have them ready to scan when you enter.
Please feel free to email us directly if you have any issues (email@example.com) and please treat our cool, hard-working staff with plenty of kindness + respect in this tricky old time.
We thoroughly encourage you to book, either phone 06 875 0553 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
