Tracy is all hard work, no nonsense in the kitchen, running the crew, keeping everything ship shape and prepped in the engine room.  Outside of the kitchen, Tracy is all smiles and good times, with a particular love for an ex All Black named JK!  We love having Tracy in our kitchen.
