Brand new to us, for sure, but Hayden’s defo been round the winemaking block!  Starting out at Te Awa, then on to USA, Spain, Australia, Bulgaria and Marlborough before coming home to The Bay. He’s all about organics and that’s just fine with us: “Soil is key. Happy soil=happy vines=happy grapes=happy ferments=happy winemaker!”
