06 Jun Fiano fans?

We were pretty chuffed to be able to snaffle a bottle of Fiano out of the clutches of our Cellar Door crew to send to all our D+K peeps in the first shipment.  This wine was hand-labeled by our kids at the kitchen table one rainy weekend.  Fiano is an Italian grape and ours is a rather fruity version of that…given that most New Zealand wines are on the fruity side!  It was an opportunistic fruit purchase, as Rod would say, we have no Fiano planted but loved being able to send you something a little different.  There are now only six bottles left at the Cellar Door, then we’re out.  Those Drinkers among you, what did you think…?
