Our Vineyard planted in the Bridge Pa Triangle is consistently our warmest site. It’s a combination of warm daytime temperatures, but also relatively warm nights, compared to our other sites.

Formed around 40,000 years ago as the Ngaruroro flowed and flooded through this sub-region as it made its way to the sea.

We describe this vineyard as free draining sandy loam with lenses of pumice, a reminder of the Taupo eruption thousands of years ago, over a solid gravel base.
