We love Syrah…aha! Cold soaked for 3-4 days before fermenting with indigenous yeast, followed by extended time on skins before being pressed to barrel where it matured for 12 months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak.
Bright, vibrant dark red fruits on the nose with sweet cardamom and cinnamon spice. The palate is warm and rich, with boysenberry, plum and dark roasted spices…I mean, come on!
