Here’s a few wines that don’t quite fit with the others in the ‘hood. Maybe it’s a great Martinborough Pinot Noir harvested while my boys and I took a roadie down to watch it happen, or it could be some pre-Christmas bubbles we’ve been caring for since 2015, or even a bizarre grape varietal from Botswana – that’s One Off.

The idea behind it is that we can make, blend and bottle it with a healthy disregard for brand families, consumer research and marketing fundamentals.  And it’s fun. The only catch is that it’s a one off…when it’s gone, it’s gone. There’ll never be another!
